In addition, each sponsor will choose an exclusive benefit in the form of an area, item or function of the congress for which the sponsor will have the exclusive branding and visibility.

In addition to the general benefits, and in order to maximise the sponsorship impact, every sponsor is entitled to choose an exclusive sponsorship item/function/area from within three categories: Platinum, Gold and Silver. The sponsor has the exclusive branding of this item/function/area and the organisers will work closely with the sponsors on the development of its exclusive sponsorship benefit.


There are 3 steps to follow to complete your Sponsorship of the 22nd WPC:

1. Choose your sponsorship exclusivity: Please consult the 22nd WPC Sponsorship Menu, which offers exclusive sponsorship packages to choose from.

2. Contact the 22nd WPC Sales team to check and confirm availability, or for further details.

3. Finalise your Sponsorship Agreement (this consists of two documents):

  • Sponsorship Contract, which includes the terms and conditions, as well as the general benefits.
  • Annex 1 of the sponsorship contract includes the exclusive benefits of the selected package.
